1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter the Terms) govern the use of the freel.ee web platform (hereinafter the Platform).

1.2. The Platform is a web-based environment for job and collaboration opportunities, enabling companies and individuals to publish job and project offers and allowing users to apply for such offers.

1.3. The Platform is not an employment agency, employer, or recruiter and is not a party to any contractual relationship between users. freel.ee does not participate in or assume responsibility for the performance of agreements concluded between users.

1.4. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Users

2.1. The Platform may be used by:

natural persons who are at least 16 years of age;
legal entities acting through their authorised representatives.

2.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by them is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.3. Each user may have only one user account on the Platform.

3. Account Creation and Use

3.1. Certain functionalities of the Platform require the creation of a user account.

3.2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.

3.3. freel.ee has the right to suspend or terminate a user account, or remove a listing, at any time — including immediately and without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms or applicable law, pending review or investigation.

4. Services

4.1. The Platform enables users to:

publish job and project offers;
apply for job and project offers;
communicate with other users.

4.2. freel.ee does not guarantee the number of applicants, successful employment, or the success of any cooperation established through the Platform.

4.3. freel.ee does not verify the identity, solvency, legitimacy of business activities, or trustworthiness of users, nor the accuracy of job or project listings, except where a specific verification feature is expressly offered on the Platform.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. Publishing job or project offers on the Platform may be subject to a fee.

5.2. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. freel.ee does not process or store users' payment card or bank account details.

5.3. freel.ee does not hold, receive, mediate, or distribute payments between users and does not provide escrow or trust account services.

5.4. Detailed conditions regarding paid services are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5.5. Users must never pay a fee, deposit, security payment, "verification charge," or any other amount to another user as a precondition for receiving a payment owed to them. Any such request is a strong indicator of potential fraud and should be reported to freel.ee immediately, and the requested amount should not be paid.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

submitting false, misleading, or unlawful content;
infringing the rights of third parties;
using the Platform for fraud, abuse, or spam;
interfering with or disrupting the technical operation of the Platform;
requesting any fee, deposit, or "verification," "processing," "activation," or "release" charge from another user as a condition for releasing a payment, salary, or fee owed to that user;
impersonating a person or company, or providing fabricated, altered, or misleading identity, payment, or banking documents.

7. Liability

7.1. freel.ee is not liable for disputes between users, the quality of work performed, non-payment, or other breaches of contractual obligations between users, including losses arising from fraudulent listings, messages, or payment requests made by other users.

7.2. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

7.3. Users agree to indemnify and hold freel.ee harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or losses arising from their use of the Platform, their breach of these Terms, or their unlawful conduct towards other users.

8. Fraud Reports and Cooperation with Authorities

8.1. Users may report a suspected fraudulent listing, message, or account to info@freel.ee , providing as much supporting detail as possible (listing link, correspondence, documents received, dates, and times).

8.2. Upon receiving a credible fraud report, freel.ee may suspend the relevant listing and/or account pending investigation and may preserve related account registration data, listing content, communication metadata, and technical logs (including IP logs) for the purpose of investigating the report.

8.3. freel.ee may disclose the data described in Section 8.2 to law enforcement or other competent authorities upon a lawful request, or as otherwise required by applicable law, in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.

8.4. freel.ee does not guarantee the outcome of any investigation, the recovery of funds, or that a report will result in the removal of a listing or account, and makes no representation regarding the timeframes of law enforcement processes.

9. Processing of Personal Data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments to the Terms

10.1. freel.ee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

10.2. Amendments enter into force upon publication on the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the Harju County Court.
